Dave & Hayley are both outstanding youth workers, as individuals, but really have an obvious unique connection when working together, both having worked in the youth sector for 25 years, they are a true power team, the very heartbeat of the charity. Their focus and dreaming for how they can transform lives and communities is inspiring. Together they bring a real sense of excitement and have a genuine love for one another, that undoubting connection is evident and enables them to work so perfectly as a team, which directly impacts the drive they fuse into all FYP provides.

FYP Youth Charity is able to provide the outstanding care and provisions for young people because this power couple provide the every essence of what the charity is and does, they lead with conviction and guidance that encourages and pulls out the very best of each volunteer, to which every young person benefits from.

FYP's focus is to invest in the lives of young people, to relationally engage with those 11-25 years old, giving spaces to belong, support to grow, activities to have fun & receive a wealth of opportunities to do exciting new things.

All provisions promote the safety, well being & personal development of those involved, supported by experienced volunteers on all teams, the quality of care provided is outstanding.
